Biography of Hon. Charles Eisebeis

Hon. Charles Eisebeis, born in Prussia in 1832, emigrated to America in 1856 and became a prominent figure in Port Townsend. He served three terms as mayor, was the first city treasurer, and participated in the Washington board of health.
