Edna Irene Harvey, 99, of La Grande, died March 19 at home. A service will begin at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Eternal Hill Cemetery in Oceanside, Calif. She married Leonard Burr “Buck” Harvey, and they lived in Gresham, Pendleton and Texas. In 1969, they moved to Oceanside.
