John Paul Mullins, 84, of Portland, a former Baker City resident, died with his wife, Rebekah, as the result of a car wreck near Damascus on April 30, 2007. Enterprise, Wallowa County, Oregon Augustus A. Belden, veteran of the Civil war, died at the home of his daughter at 6210 58 Ave., S.E. Portland, Oregon, September 5, 1921.
