1851 St. Michaels Canada Directory

A Small Village situated in the Township of Hinchinbrooke, County of Beauharnois, C. E. distant from Montreal, 52 miles usual travelling fare, 12s. 6d. Population, about 75.

Michaels, on the Chateauguay River. McGarvey, Edward, saw mill, about 2 miles from St. Michaels, on the Chateauguay River.
