Lyttle, wall paper business: remained ten years; two years clerk for the County Board of Reviews; two terms member of City Council, from 12th Ward; active in bringing about the first referendum campaign in the State of Ohio on the street railroad franchise; secured first appropriation for children’s play grounds; elected sheriff in 1908; member German Zion Lutheran Church, Eagles, Major Cramer Camp United Spanish War Veterans; member Tippecanoe and Western Reserve Republican Clubs.
