Field, Benjamin T., Ferrisburgh, Vergennes p. o., was born in Ferrisburgh, Vt., in 1855. He was married in 1876 to Minnie Laduke, a daughter of Joseph and Olive Laduke. They had a family of three children born to them — Maude, Thaddeus, and Rose. Benjamin was a son of Thomas and Abbie (Herrington) Field. Thomas was twice married.
