Changes In Prospect.
In June, I returned to Sarnia, reuniting with my wife and expanding our home to accommodate Indian pupils. We began training young men for roles as catechists and schoolteachers, including two boys, Willie and Tommy, who initially struggled with homesickness. Plans were set to construct a new church for the Sarnia Indians, replacing a temporary structure, while I was called to the Garden River Mission following the departure of Rev. Mr. Chance, raising concerns about the mission’s future. My wife and I prepared for another journey northward to minister to the scattered Indians.
