Edmund Ingalls, son of Robert, was born about 1598 in Skirbeck, Lincolnshire, England. He immigrated in 1628 to Salem, Massachusetts and with his brother, Francis, founded Lynn, Massachusetts in 1629. He married Ann, fathered nine children, and died in 1648.

Andy Sorensen, 88, passed away on April 20, 1992, in Ellensburg, Washington. Born on December 10, 1903, he was a lifelong resident and farmer. A graduate of the University of Washington, he was recognized as Soil Conservation Farmer of the Year in 1964 and held leadership roles in the Kittitas County Dairymen’s Association and the Washington State Dairy Commission. He is survived by his wife Evelyn, son Henry, daughter Christine, and five grandchildren. Services are scheduled for April 23 at Steward and Williams Chapel.
Mrs. Soren Sorenson, born Nielsine Pedersen in Denmark in 1862, passed away on September 3, 1940, at the age of 77 after a brief illness. She emigrated to America in 1889, settling in Kittitas Valley, Washington. Married in 1890, she and her husband established a farm in the Denmark District. After his death in 1931, she lived with her children. She is survived by six children, 18 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at Honeycutt Chapel.
Andrew Sorensen, 88, of Ellensburg, passed away on April 20, 1992, at Kittitas Valley Community Hospital. Born on December 10, 1903, he graduated from Ellensburg High School and the University of Washington. Amelia Sorensen, aged 68, passed away in Seattle on February 21, 1938. She had moved to Seattle a year prior, having lived in Ellensburg since 1890. Married to Swan Sorensen in 1895, he had died the previous year. She is survived by her son Andrew Sorenson of Ellensburg and daughters Marguerite and Amelia Sorenson of Seattle. Funeral services took place at the Honeycutt Chapel, led by Rev. R. A. Hanson.
Funeral services for William Albert Sorensen, 81, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at The Langrell Mortuary Chapel following his passing on February 28 at home. A native of Burley, Idaho, Sorensen was a retired farmer and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is survived by his wife, Hazel, a step-daughter, Florence Ramey, and a step-son, Chester Peterson. Bishop George W. Gwilliam will officiate, with interment at Mt. Hope Cemetery, accompanied by graveside honors from the Baker Veterans Service Organization.
