Rarer

Charles W. Rarer was born in Cleveland on November 24, 1880. He married A. J. Davis in Cleveland on July 3, 1902, and they had one daughter. Rarer served as secretary and treasurer of The Reserve Electric Company and was an active member of Ellsworth Lodge No. 505, F. A. M., and Hillman Chapter No. 166, as well as the Moose Club.
