Nellans, William H. – Obituary

William H. Nellans, an 84-year-old farmer from Fulton County, passed away on Thursday after a prolonged illness. Born on September 10, 1869, he spent his life in the area. He was first married to Mary Patton, who died in 1909, and later to Ada Martindale in 1936, who survives him. He had four daughters, twelve grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. A member of the Pilgrim Holiness Church, his funeral will take place at Ditmire Funeral Chapel, with burial at the Rochester I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

Nellans, Jonathan Frederick ‘Guy’ – Obituary

Fred Nellans, aged 40, passed away on August 14, 1916, after an eight-week battle with gangrene. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Absalom Nellans and was born in Rochester in 1876. The family later moved to a farm near Fulton. Fred remained unmarried and is survived by his parents and several siblings. His funeral will be held on Thursday at the Fulton U. B. Church, followed by interment.
