Mt. Pleasant Cemetery is located in Section 22, Wilmington Township, DeKalb County, Indiana, at the corner of County Roads 40 and 59. This cemetery is also known by the name of Ginder Cemetery and Sawdust Cemetery. This enumeration was made by Mrs. Douglas Vose and Mrs. V. O. Mathis in 1982.

Biographical Sketch of D. Edward Dangler

D. Edward Dangler, born on February 23, 1858, in Cleveland, pursued education in Cleveland and Philadelphia. He married Effie M. Scofield in 1885, with whom he had three sons. Dangler established the first gasoline stove manufacturing company in 1880 and has since expanded the Dangler Stove Co.’s operations to include oil and gas stoves, distributing globally. He holds leadership roles in various companies and is active in multiple civic organizations, including a six-year tenure with the Gatling Gun Battery.
