Lantz “Ray” Danser, 67, a proud veteran, died June 27, 2007, after a short battle with cancer.
There will be a memorial service at 10 a.m. Saturday at the McEwen Bible Fellowship on Highway 7.
Survivors include his daughter, Shelley Ruth Arentz Danser of Baker City; his son, Lonnie F. Danser of Texas; and his wife, D.A. “Bobbie” Danser of Sumpter Valley.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Pathway Hospice in Baker City.
