Mrs. Emma Samples, wife of John Samples, passed away Wednesday, June 23rd.
Mrs. Samples was 48 years of age and came to Enterprise with her husband and family last fall to take charge of the City Hotel. She suffered an attack of pneumonia three weeks ago and the best of medical skill was not able to bring her back to health.
The deceased leaves a husband and five children. The remains were interred in the Enterprise cemetery on Thursday, June 24th, 1920.
