Was sent to Camp Sevier, S. C. Sailed for France May 25, 1918. Fought at Ypres, Somme offensive, Hindenburg Line offensive. Arrived in the USA April 7, 1919. Mustered out at Camp Jackson, S. C., April 10, 1919. Volunteered in the N.C. N. G. and trained at Lincolnton, N.C., and Camp Sevier, S. C.
