Transferred to U. S. S., “New Jersey” Sept. 1, 1917, then to Camp Quantico, Va., Feb. 3, 1918. Promoted to rank of Corpl. Oct. 14, 1917. Mustered out at Camp Quantico, Va., Aug. 26, 1919.
