Entered the service July 15, 1918, at Concord, N.C. Was sent to Clemson College for two months’ training. Transferred to Camp Johnson, Fla. Sailed for France Nov. 11, 1918. Was with Q. M. C. Base Hospital No. 8. Sailed for USA June 13, 1919. Landed June 26th, and mustered out at Camp Lee, Va., July 2, 1919.
