Thomas, Ky.; transferred to Camp Hancock, Ga.; transferred to Camp Merritt, N. J. Sent to France Sept. 12, 1917. Fought at Chateau Thierry Drive, St. Mihiel, Meuse-Argonne. Wounded at Chateau Thierry, June 11, 1918, shell wound; gassed at Chateau Thierry, June 27, 1918. Sent to hospital at Noy-a-France, Paris, and Brest. Returned to the USA Feb. 8, 1919. Mustered out at Camp Lee, Va., March 28, 1919.
