Upon the request of John Richbell, of Mamaroneck, that he might in behalf of Joanna Davison, widow and executrix of Nicholas Davison, and Richard Russell, of Charles Towne, in Massachusetts, take Letters of Administration of estate formerly of Samuel Andrews, deceased, in Oyster Bay and Horse Neck, upon Long Island; the same was granted November 4, 1667.
Whereas, Nicholas Davison, of Charles Town, in Massachusetts, merchant, was made Administrator of estate of Samuel Andrews, merchant, who being indebted to Richard Russell of Charles Towne, a certain sum which was allowed by the Court, held at Cambridge April 30, 1660; and as a considerable part; of the estate of said Samuel Andrews lies at a certain place upon Long Island, called Oyster Bay, and Horse Neck neare adjacent, the said John Richbell is appointed Administrator with full power to settle all claims, etc. November 6, 1667.
