James “Ellison” Garner, 89, of Ontario, died Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2003, at Baker City. His funeral was at 1 p.m. MST Monday, Feb. 3, in Ontario at the Haren-Wood Funeral Chapel. Vault interment was at the Rosedale Memorial Gardens in Payette, Idaho. Mr. Garner was born on June 14. 1913, at Fairfax. Mo., to Albert and Cordia Spencer Garner.
