Funeral services will be held at the Shaw & Sons Funeral Home in Yakima, Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. for Ems Walter Wright, 52, Yakima barber and a former Ellensburg resident. Interment will be in Terrace Heights Cemetery there. Wright was found dead in his automobile Sunday about 36 miles north of Yakima on the Wenas Road. Yakima County Corner Dr. Ralph W. Shirey said the death was a suicide caused by carbon monoxide poisoning. A garden hose was attached to the car’s exhaust and looped into a window. Arabella Fulton, Valley Pioneer, Succumbs Today. Mrs. Arabella Clemens Fulton passed away July 30 1934 at 3:45 a.m. at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Will German. She was born in Boone County, Missouri, on January 23, 1844. She crossed the plains in the spring of 1864 by wagon trains to Boise, Idaho. On November 24, 1864, she married Francis M. Fulton. Clarence R. (Bud) Hayes, a son of pioneer Kittitas Valley parents, died at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Yakima Monday at the age of 65. He had been hospitalized for three weeks and had been in failing health for about a year.
