Biography of Frank M. Hubbard
Frank M. Hubbard, born on July 9, 1851, in Illinois, was a notable farmer in Weiser, Idaho. His family journeyed west in 1853, settling in Oregon where his father cultivated land for forty years. Frank moved to Idaho in 1869, initially engaging in freighting before purchasing 480 acres for farming. He later acquired a 340-acre tract near Weiser, where he practiced modern agriculture. Married to Ella Lowe, he had six children. A lifelong Democrat, he held various political positions, earning respect in his community and fraternal organizations.
