Elgin, Oregon Pearl Louise Trump, 87, of La Grande and formerly of Elgin, died March 31 at a local care home. A funeral service is planned for 11 a.m. Thursday at the Elgin Seventh-day Adventist Church, followed by burial at the Elgin Cemetery. Viewing will be available from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Daniels Chapel of the Valley, 1502 Seventh St., La Grande.
