Cavallaro, Stephen James – Obituary

Stephen James Cavallaro, 60, passed away on May 31, 2007, in Enterprise, Oregon. Born on September 16, 1946, in Houston, Texas, he grew up in San Francisco and Reno, graduating from Reno High School in 1964. A skilled electrician, he worked at Eagle Cap Electric and was involved in various community organizations, including the Rotary and Elks. A member of St. Katherine Catholic Church, he was also committed to the Right to Life movement. He is survived by his children, sister, and seven grandchildren.

Weaver, Harry – Obituary

Harry Weaver, a prominent automobile salesman for the Inland Motor Company in La Grande, was tragically killed in a car accident on Sunday afternoon at Joseph. He was reportedly driving over fifty miles per hour when his vehicle overturned. A passenger, Hugh Campbell, sustained only minor injuries. Weaver is survived by his wife and two children, though his wife was visiting family in Pendleton at the time of the incident.
