Tulalip Reservation

Snohomish Tribe

The Snohomish Indians, a Salish tribe, historically inhabited the southern end of Whidbey Island and the mainland near the Snohomish River in Washington. Their population was approximately 350 in 1850. Today, the surviving members are part of the Tulalip Reservation, where they coexist with various other tribes.

Stillaquamish Tribe

The Stillaquamish, a division of the Salish people, historically inhabited the Stillaquamish River in northwest Washington. They are closely related to the Snohomish tribe. Today, they reside on the Tulalip Reservation, although their population is not reported separately.
