Clarice B. Knudsen, 95, a Baker City resident, passed away on November 12, 2000. She was born on October 12, 1905, in Boulder, Colorado, and later moved to Baker City in 1944 after her first marriage. Clarice was known for her work at local hotels and as the owner of the Inland Cafe. She is survived by her children, numerous grandchildren, and extended family. At her request, no funeral will be held, but a family celebration of her life is planned.
