Wood, Nevada Mrs. – Obituary
Mrs. Nevada Wood, aged 70, passed away from a heart attack on Monday morning at her daughter’s home in North Powder. A resident of Baker County for over 30 years, she had been suffering from asthma but was otherwise in good health. Born in Provo, Utah, on August 5, 1855, she was widowed 11 years prior. She is survived by two daughters, a sister, and six grandchildren. Funeral services took place on Thursday, with burial at North Powder Cemetery.
