Enterprise, Wallowa County, Oregon Ettie Virginia Arnold of Enterprise died at the University of Oregon Medical Center in Portland on April 21, 1989. She was born April 20, 1921, at West Jefferson, N. C., the daughter of Jesse and Nellie Lewis. On Aug. 5, 1939 she married Quincy A. Arnold at Mount City, Tenn.
