Bates, Robert Mrs. – Obituary
LuLu Frances Floyd Bates, born October 30, 1878, in Nashville, Kentucky, passed away on June 11, 1948, at Wallowa County Hospital. She married Robert Preston Bates on January 8, 1911, and they later moved to Joseph, Oregon, in 1938. Mrs. Bates is survived by her husband and son, Van L. Bates. Funeral services were held at the Community Church of Christ in Joseph, with interment at Prairie Creek Cemetery, attended by friends and family.
