Cross, Lauretta – Obituary

Lauretta Cross, aged 85, passed away on July 9, 2007, at Walla Walla General Hospital. Born on June 19, 1922, in La Grande, Oregon, she had a diverse life, marked by early hardships and a love for family. She married Jerry Cross in 1959 and became an active member of the VFW Auxiliary. A talented seamstress and gardener, she had a passion for outdoor activities. After relocating due to health issues, she ultimately resided with her daughter. Services were held on July 14, 2007, at Enterprise Cemetery.

Roach, Naoma Huss – Obituary

Naoma Roach, aged 80, passed away at her home in Chehalis on Saturday. Born on November 3, 1880, in Mt. Vernon, Oregon, she had lived in Chehalis for 24 years and previously resided in Onalaska. A member of a non-denominational church, she is survived by three daughters, three sons, three brothers, 15 grandchildren, and 31 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at Bonne Mortuary, with burial in Claquato Cemetery.
