Daniels Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements. Bill was born on Sept. 23, 1918, to William Forrester and Verna (Gelnett) Taylor in Du Bois, Pa. He graduated from high school in Du Bois and then attended the Pittsburg Institute of Aeronautics.
