Godbey, Bert – Obituary

Bert (Bertie) Godbey, aged 95, passed away on December 27, 1968, at Bernath Nursing Home. His funeral will be held on Tuesday at Evenson Funeral Home Chapel. Born on April 13, 1893, in Kearney, Nebraska, he served in World War I and moved to Ellensburg in 1932. He married Bertha Looney in 1936 and worked as a cement finisher. He is survived by his wife and several siblings. Interment will be at IOOF Cemetery.
