Rowan, Norman Juaquin – Obituary
Norman J. Rowan, born November 14, 1869, in Inwood, Indiana, passed away on September 6 at his home in Baker City, Oregon. A graduate of Oregon State College in 1893, he married Caroline Sturgill in 1900 and lived in Baker County since 1922. He is survived by his wife, three children, a sister, two brothers, and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Baker Funeral Home, followed by burial in Union.
