Rena was born July 26, 1917, to Dillard Raymond and Etta Carrie (Woodell) Choate, in Summerville. She graduated from Imbler High School in 1935 and later from Draper Business College. Enterprise, Wallowa County, Oregon, Chas. W. Berry died Monday morning at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Berry, of pneumonia resulting from influenza. He was ill only thirteen days.
