Grove, Gene D., Sr. – Obituary
Gene D. Grove Sr., 68, of Elma, Washington, passed away on December 29, 2003, at Providence St. Peter Hospital. Born on February 28, 1935, in Holdrege, Nebraska, he married Jean Hendricksen in Baker City in 1955. Mr. Grove spent over 20 years at Mayr Brothers Mill and was an active member of the Elma Eagles. He is survived by his son, daughter, siblings, three grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. No funeral will be held at his request. Memorial contributions may be made to the East Grays Harbor County Cancer Fund.
