Biographical Sketch of Dr. Chauncey W. Grove
Dr. Chauncey W. Grove, born December 15, 1879, in Fredonia, Pennsylvania, is a physician and surgeon in Geneva, New York. He hails from a German family originally named Von Graffe. After graduating from the University of Buffalo in 1904, he worked as a house physician at Erie County Hospital before establishing his practice in 1905. An active member of several medical and fraternal organizations, he married Kathryn Nagel the same year. Dr. Grove’s family has long held Protestant beliefs.
