Cathcart, H.J. – Obituary
Henry James Cathcart, a retired merchant from La Grande and formerly of Joseph, passed away on September 2, 1965, after a period of ill health. Born on October 23, 1891, in Duncan, British Columbia, he had lived in Joseph for 18 years. Memorial services took place at Bollman Chapel, with internment at Prairie Creek Cemetery. He is survived by his wife Eda, son Jack, daughter Barbara Kinney, two sisters, a brother, and four grandchildren.
