George Herbert Hall, born on July 12, 1880, in Charleston, Massachusetts, was a notable mining engineer. He received his education at local schools and earned degrees from Case School of Applied Science in Cleveland. Hall married Elizabeth J. Adams in 1907 and had two sons. His professional career included roles as an engineer and salesman at The Gardner Electric Drill and Machinery Co., and currently as secretary and sales manager at The Cleveland Rock Drill Co. He was active in various professional societies and enjoyed golf and tennis.
