Arlene Briscoe, 63, of Baker City, Oregon, passed away on June 5, 2001, in Boise. Born on December 18, 1937, in the Panama Canal Zone, she graduated from Ukiah High School in California and married Richard Briscoe in 1955. The couple lived in various locations before settling in Baker City in 1997, where they actively participated in the Good Sam Club. Arlene is survived by her husband, a daughter, a son, six grandchildren, and a brother. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
