William Ormsby, 71, retired rancher who has been a resident of Nampa for 11 years, died last night [December 18, 1939] at his home at 215 Thirteenth Avenue North following a sudden illness. Surviving him in addition to his wife, Margaret, are three sons: George, Walter, and Samuel, all of Nampa; two daughters, Mrs. John Schribner of Jamison, Ore. and Mrs. Frank Weigle of Wallis, Idaho; 17 grandchildren and one great grandchild; one sister, Mrs. Emma Harris of Lincoln, Neb.
