Baker City, Oregon Richard, “Dick” Humphries, 71, of Baker city died on Monday, April 21, 2003, at his home. Memorial for Mr. Humphries will be held on Friday, April 25, at 2 p.m. at the Apostolic Lighthouse Church with Pastor Nathaniel Neff officiating. Disposition was by cremation at Gray’s West Pioneer Crematory, and a Military graveside service will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. A potluck reception will be held at the Senior Center. Robert Eugene was born on Nov. 17, 1950, at Poplar Bluff, Mo., to Robert Joseph and Lois Pearl Sells Mosley. When Robert was only 18 months old, his family moved from Missouri to Oregon.
