Biographical Sketch of Thomas Hubbard Bushnell
Thomas Hubbard Bushnell was born on August 17, 1856, in Burton, Ohio. He graduated from Western Reserve College with a B.A. in 1882 and an M.A. in 1885. Married to Sophia Ballard in 1889, he had five children. Bushnell worked at Union Rolling Mill Company before being admitted to the bar in 1885, practicing law in Cleveland and Hurley, Wisconsin. He served as a judge for the Cuyahoga County Insolvency and Juvenile Court in 1904-1905 and was active in several professional associations and clubs.
