Lester Cook, a former resident of Enterprise, Oregon, died on August 30, 1920, at the age of 21 in a Colorado hospital. He had enlisted in the U.S. Marines in December 1916 and served in the Pacific, returning home around a year prior after suffering from influenza. He is survived by his father, Fred Cook, and sister, Mrs. Elwood Robinson. His body was transported to Wassau, Wisconsin, for burial.
