Delores Jean Pogue, 75, of Baker City died April 2, 2007, at St. Elizabeth Care Center. A private service will be scheduled later. Delores Jean was born July 25, 1931, at Estherville, Iowa, to Thomas and Thelma L. Sampson Blom. She was raised and educated in Iowa. Delores met Robert L. Pogue, a serviceman home on leave visiting his sisters, and after a short courtship the two were married in 1951. The couple moved to Oregon in 1956.
