Biographical Sketch of W. B. Goodenough

W.B. Goodenough, shoemaker, was born in Lewis County, N.Y., May 1st, 1862; moved with parents in Nov. 1867, to Logan, Ia., and is engaged in the above business, with his father M.H. Goodenough, who was born in Lewis County, N.Y., and was engaged in shoe making, until he came to Logan, where he resumed same business. He served from 1863 to the closer of the war, in 20th N.Y. Cav. He married Aug. 17, 1856, to Emeline Dodge. They have three sons and two daughters.
