Virgle C. Clelland, 77, a former Baker County resident, died Feb. 15, 2005, at the Boise Veterans Hospital.
His graveside service was Feb. 19 at Park View Cemetery in New Plymouth, Idaho.
Virgle was born on May 17, 1927, at Midvale, Idaho, to Edgar Raymond and Hilda Eva Heinrich Clelland. He was a former member of the Boise River Cattleman’s Association, the Idaho Cattleman’s Association and the American Quarter Horse Association.
Virgle loved his cattle more than he loved his wife. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and he enjoyed and loved his family.
Survivors include six children; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
