1 thought on “Pulaski County Arkansas Cemeteries”

  1. My uncle, Lee Ander Rhynes, died as a child and was buried in Primrose Cemetery between 1941-1942….After that time my grandparents, along with my father, moved to California. For many years my grandfather sent, on a regular basis, money to those in charge of the cemetery to care for my uncles gravesite. After many years, my grandparents took a trip back to Arkansas, and to visit the grave of their first born. They were in utter shock, on finding that not only was there no headstone placed as those in charge promised, but no location of the grave whatsoever. And, there is no listing of my uncle ever being buried in the Primrose records. It saddens me, that a cemetery would take money all those years, and not follow through on their promises.
