The Village And Parish of St. Charles are situated in the Seigniory of St. Francois le Neuf, County of St. Hyacinthe, C. E.-distant 36 miles from Montreal-usual railroad fare, 2s. 6d., steamboat fare, 5s. Population about 1300.
