A Village situated on the South Nation River, in the Township of Edwardsburg, County of Grenville, C. W. distant from Prescott, 11 miles from Kemptville, 14 miles stage fare to Prescott, 2s. 6d. distance to Bytown, 50 miles stage fare, 12s. 6d. Population about 250.

IMRIE, W. B., postmaster, and dealer in dry goods, groceries, hardware, crockery, drugs, medicines, pot and pearl ashes, &c.
MILLS, WILLIAM, shoemaker 3 miles from the village boots and shoes of every description made to order, upon the lowest possible terms.
SHAVER, GEORGE A., Exchange hotel and stage house for Bytown and Prescott travelers will find a comfortable house, and conveyances are furnished when required.
