JOHNSON, WILLIAM. “On the 23rd inst., at the residence of his son, LEWIS JoHNSON, in this county, WILLIAM JoHNSON, a soldier of the Revolution, in the 87th year of his age. He was a native of Edgefield district, South Carolina, and had resided in this state for a number of years.”-The Dallas Gazette, Cahaba, April 28, 1854.
