Eva Weimer Price, 95, of San Diego, a former Baker City businesswoman, died Dec. 3, 2001.
Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Dec. 10 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at San Diego.
Mrs. Price was born on April 7, 1906, at Cove, the second child of Jonas and Texy Weimer. She was a homemaker and an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She married John F. Price on July 19, 1928. She and her husband owned the Peerless Cleaners in Baker City for many years.
After selling the plant in Baker City, they moved to Portland and then to Spokane, Wash. After his retirement they moved to San Diego.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, LouAnn and Don Prock; a sister, Alice May Cantrell of Haines; sister-in-law, Faye Weimer of La Grande; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by sisters, Della Overman, Wilmerth Stark and Verna Baum; and a brother, Stowell Weimer.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to a hospice unit.
